Watching

Enjoyed watching this video about spices, it tracks with what I know from coffee (grind as close to use as possible, prevent oxidation and allowing volatile compounds from escaping, why you muddle mint for a cocktail and always use fresh basil over dried b/c the terpenes float away).

DanDaDan is a solid, high-paced anime, loving watching the first season come out!
