Happy New Years! 🎉🎉🎉

This has been a long year of new adventures and hills and valleys for me, I'm excited to see what 2025 brings 💜.

• Walkability and fashion go hand in hand 🤝 in turns out

Walkable This Way: How Fashionista Derek Guy Became One of the Nation's Best-Known Urbanists — Streetsblog USA usa.streetsblog.org

Never forget, when you’re being asked to prove that safe bike-lanes or pedestrian crossings across unsafe conditions are ‘needed,’ it's hard to justify a bridge by the number of people swimming across a raging river.

Watching

Enjoyed watching this video about spices, it tracks with what I know from coffee (grind as close to use as possible, prevent oxidation and allowing volatile compounds from escaping, why you muddle mint for a cocktail and always use fresh basil over dried b/c the terpenes float away).

DanDaDan is a solid, high-paced anime, loving watching the first season come out!

Music

• Valitos & Friends by Valitos is a fun album of Scottish drums & bass.
• Loving Paradise by IMANU. They always supply some solid bleeps n bloops.

Dopamine by madelline is a bop. 💖

ZEALOT by Dead Icarus is fun too

Big fan of house of decline's music: Psychogeography by Anti-Spectacular 🎶. Some fun existential jazz??
